Housing The development involved the demolition of workshops
and outbuildings to the existing builders yard. The original building has been refurbished to provide 5 flats, a communal room, kitchen, and W.C., with the new building providing 4 flats and a 24-hour manned emergency care call facility. The original elevations have been retained with the
design of the new building complimenting the original design. The original weather vane feature has been renovated, and the existing courtyard has been retained to provide parking and communal recreational facilities for young people coming out of care the wood opposite.  |
