The Radleys, Sheldon Birmingham

Bournville Architects designed the bungalows in a new
development mixed with semi-detached houses, using
traditional construction methods as part of the
regenerationof the area.

Key features included the use of ground remediation
strategy and storage retention for storm water, with
all units achieving a high level of energy efficiency.
